At Swannies Golf, we want you to look and feel your best on the course, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn gear. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the request from the dropdown menu.

Print & Pack

Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original mailer, and attach the label to the outside.

Ship & Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
